The annealing of materials used by Heraeus is essential in the course of process (expansion annealing). Not only the different annealing steps during the production but also an ideal final annealing significantly affect the material properties such as hardness or tensile strength of the product. We offer all current annealing methods for production, for example inert gas,vacuum or atmospherical annealing. Different furnace lining enables annealings of different kinds of material (from wire to complex components) up to 1.600°C. Therefore we can optimally adapt the material properties to their application within the physical limits.
